Overview

Real-Time PCR is now a routine gold standard diagnostic application for a variety of diseases. By successfully completing this training the participants will gain confidence in using your Real-Time PCR instrument and will earn the ability to critically evaluate the results. The aim of the course is to provide an overview of PCR technology, principles, concepts and applications of Real-Time PCR. Emphasis will be placed typically and primarily on experiment planning and correct interpretation of results.
